Terms of Service for UnlockAlert

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the UnlockAlert mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

UnlockAlert is designed to notify users each time their device is unlocked, providing detailed reports on device activity and allowing users to set specific usage rules and schedules.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or configuring the App.
• Refrain from using the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. UnlockAlert is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of a user’s account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of UnlockAlert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

UnlockAlert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
